For tenants
Maintenance Vault lives within our Tenant Vault app and allows tenants to quickly and easily report repairs and maintenance issues through a simple form tool. Maintenance Vault is powered by Franklin, a well-known end-to-end repairs reporting tool within the social housing sector.
Nine out of ten issues reported to lettings teams and landlords are minor issues that can be easily fixed without the requirement of a repair team. Maintenance Vault has been built to limit the number of human-to-human interactions within the chain and, in most cases, sends the tenant to a tutorial on how they can fix the issue themselves. If the issue cannot be fixed then a repair report is generated to the letting agent or landlord to be passed on to the relevant team.

Any reports created via Agent Vault will be sent directly to the tenant to view and keep safe via Tenant Vault.

The tenant can make comments, agree or disagree to items on the reports and digitally sign from their phone.
